She holds a BS in Psychology from Iowa State University and a MA in Psychology. She maintains a psychotherapy license in the state of CA and is also certified in Human Resources and Organizational Development through UCLA. She has trained in a wide variety of coaching schools, including B/Coach, The Life Coach Training Institute, and The Coach Training Institute.
She has also been active and served in leadership roles in a variety of professional organizations, including serving as President for the San Diego Chapter of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and as a board member for the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD. )
