I have more than 20 years of solid, wide, national and international experiences in poultry processing technology and engineering, technical training and process management upgrading.
This experience has been developed, first, in leading Brazilian poultry processing companies, where I worked in different corporate technical and management positions, and second, as an independent consultant covering processing technology and engineering, management and supervisory staff technical training programs and plant management upgrading.
Many different projects in Brazil and all over Latin America (Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Peru and Venezuela). Services provided to companies like Ajinomoto, Aviagen, Bayer, DSM, Elanco, Intervet, Meyn, Novus and Pfizer in Brazil and abroad.
Fluent in Portuguese, as native language, Spanish and English.
Regular contributor, for many years now, to several trade magazines and on-line publications in Europe, USA, Brazil, having loose articles published in North America, Spain and Asia, as well. Blogger at ***** and ***** .
