Development & Manage Regional systems (DWH , BI, Portal ) under Regional Systems and Operations team framework primarily used by the Regional Financial & Management Reporting team, Regional Funds and Regional Insurance Management. Responsible for driving all systems developments affecting the MI systems, Data warehousing systems and provides direction for on-going maintenance and “Business As Usual” (BAU) activities.

v. Leading a team of 20 including Project Managers, Business Analysts and Project Leads.

i. Implementation and enhancement on Regional Datawarehouse System. Responsible for all activities related to the design and development of regional data warehouse and reporting solutions .Work with SAP BO XI series BI packages, IBM Datastage, Oracle.
ii. Successfully implemented Business Intelligence - Expense Management Portal using Dimension Insight, Oracle.
iii. Improved application performance by 35% (accuracy and timeliness) in less than 9 months, achieved by closely reviewing of the application architecture, database re-design with implementing of partitioning and aggregates, ETL optimization.
iv. Reduce the reports from 305 to 170 by reviewing the reports process, eliminating the redundant reports, reports developed but never used, optimizing the reports, implementing the self service using portal and dashboards.
v. Improved month-end closing process by 25%. Created multi-department task force to resolve issues
with data management infrastructure, formulation of corporate metrics, and standardized reporting

PC (Product Control ) Data Warehouse
A fully and globally integrated reporting portal of Credit Suisse and repository for PC where all the data relates according to its business purpose irrespective of the CS business process and/or technology architectures intelligent analytics can be applied to facilitate business tasks information is returned quickly and cross referencing is seamless. Populate the Data Warehouse with all data required to support ‘reporting’ of all PC recognized and defined strategic Processes.
