I have an experience in large herd management and also work in a modern / model Dairy farm which give me a unique and distinguishing practices like working with large dairy herd, coordination among all the sections, working in a dairy feed mill, working with TMR feeding system, Evaluation of TMR feeding system by using Penn State Box method, Evaluation of Artificial Insemination Technician’s performance etc. I also have practical experience how to manage the reproductive performance of a large dairy herd and that is the key to any successful dairy farm. I have good experience in working with Poultry multinational company i. e. Gold Coin Group, the biggest in South East ***** which have its presence in about 8 countries. I was responsible for the company’s R & D department and looked after the whole group in 8 countries and established & run many research farms.
