• 7 years of pharmaceutical Bioanalytical/DMPK laboratory experience in a regulated environment.
• Extensive hands-on expertise in bioanalytical method development & validation, sample analysis, and metabolite identification by LC/MS/MS. Play key role in current Bioanalytical, DMPK department for most of the method development work.
• Proficient in LC/MS/MS system operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in Metabolite identification and structure elucidation of small molecules emplo ***** g LC/MS/MS, NMR and HRMS.
• Hands-on experience in the extraction of drugs and metabolites from biological matrices using different types of techniques, such as protein precipitation, liquid-liquid extraction, and SPE (solid phase extraction), etc.
• Proficient technical writer: bioanalytical protocol and reports for submission to client; Good oral skills with presentation at conferences and interaction with different kind of clients.
