Graham is a third generation bookmaker having worked in his families London based Turf Accountancy business when he left school. This business, with the family retaining the Freeholds, was sold to, what is now, William Hill.
Graham Founded Bonne Terre Limited in 1997 when he originated the first Offshore Gaming Law in the Balliwick of Guernsey resulting in the establishment of the original legal offshore Internet gaming jurisdiction. Subsequently, this company was issued with an Electronic Betting Centre licence by the AGCC in February 1998 and successfully operated a fixed odds betting service via telephone and the internet under the name of Surrey Sports having initiated and drafted the first Offshore Gaming Legislation.
On the 27 September 2002 The Alderney Gambling Control Commission issued an Interactive Gaming Licence to Bonne Terre Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of BSkyB Group plc; ***** is owned by BSkyB Group plc, one of the UK's largest companies its SkyBet, is the registered business name of Bonne Terre Limited, which is licensed to operate an online casino by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission.
