Greg ***** began his professional career as a post-doctoral researcher at Iconix Pharmaceuticals, a start-up venture based in Mountain View, California centered on new methods for in vivo high-throughput screening. He developed expertise in laboratory automation at Tecan, where he reported to both the US Sales organization and to corporate headquarters in Mannedorf, Switzerland. His areas of work include molecular biology, microarray processing, proteomics and protein characterization, liquid handling parameter optimization, and forensic DNA identity automation. Dr. ***** also was deeply involved in internal business process improvements, including improving sales tools, improving the management of exhibitions and demonstrations, and the flow of information from the development teams to the sales force.
