- Manage the sales / exploitation of all intellectual property, including trademarks, brands and content
- Manage all brand licensing and related activities, including the creation and implementation of all brand strategies
- Coordinate all 3rd party sales agents activities, including international broadcast and DVD licensing
- Develop and manage the sales of all television sponsorships, organic brand integration and ad sales partnerships
- Manage all talent under contract
- Supervise all network contractual negotiations

Senior Vice President – BCI Eclipse, a Navarre Corporation Company, Newbury Park, CA. June 2000-April 2006. Responsible for directing the national sales and marketing efforts for the $35 million DVD and audio divisions of BCI Eclipse, the former independent label merged from Brentwood Communications and the Eclipse Music Group which became part of the publishing division of Navarre Corporation in November 2003. Also responsible for the general management of all day-to-day functions of the company, reporting directly to the President. Supervise a staff of five full-time sales executives. Additional responsibilities include:
- Forecast all monthly, quarterly and annual sales.
- Direct all marketing/publicity efforts.
- Assist the President in the supervision of all product acquisitions and licensing deals.
- Supervise the controller and product buyers in the guidance of all operational functions including warehousing and inventory management, order processing, product assembly and special customer services.
Location: Los Angeles office
Reporting: Directly to the President, BCI Eclipse
Compensation: $140,000 annual salary. Annual Bonus plan dependent on year-end profitability.




Director of Sales, Filmed Entertainment Division – Simitar Entertainment, Maple Plain, MN 1996-June 2000. Responsible for all national and international sales and marketing efforts for the $12 million home video/DVD division of Simitar Entertainment, a 14 year old independent manufacturer and distributor of home entertainment software. Supervise a staff of five sales people. Additional responsibilities include:
- Forecast all monthly, quarterly and annual sales for the division.
- Represent the company on various industry trade organizations including VSDA and DVD Video Group.
- Supervise independent publicity firm, and represent the company in all trade publication contact.
- Supervise and approve all video/DVD marketing, including trade/consumer advertising, packaging promotions, display material design/implementation, trade show attendance and customer cooperative advertising.
- Assistant the president in various product acquisitions and licensing deals.
- Supervise the art department in video/DVD package designs.
- Supervise the operations department in product replication forecasting and inventory management.
Location: Los Angeles office
Reporting: Directly to president of Simitar Entertainment - indirectly to*****pensation: $96,000 annually (Fiscal 1999 figure - includes base salary, monthly sales commissions and quarterly/annual bonuses).


Assistant Branch Manager, Los Angeles Branch – Handleman Company, Troy, MI *****. Responsible for general management of Handleman Company’s Los Angeles distribution sales office, including development and implementation of $80 million annual sales budget, management of 250 person sales, merchandising and purchasing staff, and sales/marketing responsibility for approximately 1000 mass merchant retail locations in four Western states.
