I am a Software Test professional with total of 6+ years and almost 4 years experience in airline domain. I have good understanding of testing concepts with CSTE and CSQA certifications. I have worked on Inventory and Reservation milestone for Amadeus Altea migration projects, with multiple airlines.
I have worked for Lufthansa on CITP (migration to Amadeus Altea platform) project for CTS and ETS (Central and Electronic Ticketing System) milestone. I was at client site in Frankfurt, Germany for 32 months and was part of the Business Readiness team. I possess good understanding of various e-ticketing processes like: eTKT, eMCO, Reissue, Refund and have worked on financial reporting systems - Sales Report, HOT and Lift file.
I am currently supporting Cathay Pacific for the SIT phase of Amadeus Altea migration Phase I.
