In this capacity I led the company towards substantial recovery in its business and financial positions. I am responsible (on top of my C. F. O tasks) on all C. E. O's tasks such as marketing, sales, delivery of projects, mergers and acquisitions of a global company that operates in 29 countries.
In this capacity I have personally promoted sales and operational activities with several customers and partners and I have dealt successfully with complicated legal and contractual issues.
During this period the company under my leadership increased its revenues from 10 million $ per quarter to 14 million $ per quarter and recovered from an operational loss of 3 million $ per quarter to an operational profit of 550 thousand $ per quarter.

My experience in TTI included among others acquisition of a company in the Ukraine securing financing from the chief scientist of Israel, planning and implementing an ERP System
