Jabbar ***** , P. E. , has over fourteen years of experience in general civil engineering with emphasis on water/wastewater engineering. Jabbar has worked on a variety of civil infrastructure projects involving hydrologic and hydraulic impact analyses, stormwater/wastewater modeling, design, planning, scheduling, cost estimation and project management. His previous experience includes successful project management of water and/or wastewater collection and treatment projects for public sector clients and drainage/detention requirement studies for land development firms. Jabbar successfully completed several watershed and floodplain management studies, flood mitigation and drainage improvement projects, bridge waterway analysis and design, scour analysis and countermeasure design, stormwater management studies and water quality BMP design, and NPDES stormwater program management. He is also TXDOT Pre-certified.
