Started two transport category charter operations. Managed flight training and operations for a third. Starting two 121 scheduled carriers internationally. Led engineering staff in the development of several new products, to include design, manufacturing, certification and fielding. Provided oversight to Part 145 Jar and FAA repair stations around the globe. Became an ISO 9000 lead auditor for vendors such as Boeing and Lockheed Martin. Certified as a Level II Acquisition Contracts Management officer for DoD contracts.
