Mr. Dorsey was a foreign correspondent for publications such as The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Financial Times and Business Week and was based in Beirut, Jerusalem, Cairo, Kuwait, Riyadh, Athens, Larnaca, Istanbul, Paris, Amsterdam, London and Washington. Mr. Dorsey is currently based in Dubai and Miami as a free-lance writer, analyst and strategic consultant for major financial institutions, hedge funds and corporations. Mr. Dorsey is an advisory board member of the European Water Partnership.
