John has written and co-authored 27 books, close to 200 magazine articles, and hundreds of technical manuals, online help systems, and executive presentations. John ***** runs JVH Communications, a company that does technical communication and business and process consulting for a variety of private, public, and government clients. He is also Publisher for ***** ***** ***** , a private publishing company specializing in non-fiction books. John has over 30 years in the software business, almost 30 years writing, and 7 years in technical publications management. He has developed and written documentation and books for many leading software products, and has received 26 regional and international writing awards to date. John is a Fellow of the Society for Technical Communication.
