Jon has held management positions for 28 years in the food industry in ice cream, sweet goods, candy, and bakery. His experience includes overseeing construction of new facilities, remodeling of existing facilities and expanding capabilities of companies in the food industry. He has extensive experience in food packaging and machinery as well as government regulations and food industry standards. He is also knowledgeable of marketing and sales obstacles as they relate to new product introductions. He has a degree from Texas A&M University in Food Science and Technology.
