Joseph spent 25 years in Greater China where he worked as CEO for HT/Uni-President Food & Beverage, Chairman / President for Sara Lee, Chief Executive for Inchcape Consumer Marketing, National Sales Director for Kellogg’s, Regional Trade Marketing & Sales Director for BAT, Marketing Director for Amway (nutrition & beauty) and Commercial Director for Harrison & Crossfield.
Joseph also worked as consultant/interim manager for Nestle Nutrition Greater China, Associated British Foods China and Pacific Andes Inc.
Joseph recently is working on a turn-around assignment for A. S. Watson Industry which is a public listed Asian leading retail and beverage manufacturing group.
Prior to that, Joseph was the Interim Managing Director of Marketstar Corporation, for a Greater China Market Entry project.
Joseph founded HT ***** Company and ***** ***** & consultant Company in November 2001, focusing on Food & Beverages and other consumer package products also own some retail shops and counters in China. In March 2006, the business was acquired by the Uni-President Group, one of the leading food & beverage manufacturer and retailer in China and Taiwan. Upon the acquisition, Joseph went on to become CEO for ***** /Uni-President. He oversaw ***** management for all of the company's products throughout China.
