He worked as an analyst, strategic planner, and senior leader in the US Intelligence Community for more than twenty years and has worked as a senior leader in private industry for ten years as a program manager, scientist/inventor, and competitive intelligence professional. He has developed and presented instruction in all aspects of CI, including requirements development, planning, collection, analysis, and dissemination. ***** ***** has trained personnel, both Government and industry, in conduct of field operations, and he is skilled in ensuring legal, ethical, and effective operations. He is also skilled in defending against hostile intelligence collection.
***** ***** is a certified Program Manager, certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Scientist, and Invento ***** He has served as Deputy and Acting Director of Special Operations Forces Intelligence in a Theater level command, as Research and Development Officer for Army Research Institute, and as the “all source” Intelligence Collection Manager for US ground forces in Europe. He authored articles on strategic intelligence and is the inventor in ten awarded U. S. and international computer simulation and weapon system patents. His military skills include Strategic Intelligence, Research and Development, Special Operations Forces, Paratrooper, and Electronic Warfare. M ***** ***** is a graduate of the U. S. Army Command and General Staff College, and is an Army Top 5% Fellow. He is a graduate of several US basic and advanced Intelligence schools. He is a 2nd Dan Black Belt holder in two martial arts, life member of the Special Forces Association, and an active member of Mensa International.
