Jeff ***** is the President of Rocky Mountain Technical Marketing ( ***** ), a technology consulting firm that focuses in five areas: (1) evaluating technologies and business plans for commercial viability, (2) assisting clients considering outsourcing of services by helping them assess the internal/outsource decision and developing comprehensive RFPs for outsourced services, (3) assessing the value of intellectual property and recommending alternative approaches to secure strong IP rights, (4) federal business capture/proposal management, and (5) security, privacy, and identity. Led and developed multi-disciplinary teams in development of successful global solutions for IBM’s leading revenue-generating engagements ($100M-$3B). Managed global teams of architects, financial analysts, account executives, and other TSMs in developing technical proposals.
• Selected as the sole representative among TSMs to the IBM Hub Council for defining global requirements for IBM strategic outsourcing tools development.
• Directed the development of pilot solutions for new services (Groupware and Network
Computers), which were adopted as new service offerings generating revenue of nearly $400 thousand in the first two years.
• Promoted to Program Manager for Strategic Outsourcing Service Definitions based on exposing shortcomings in IBM’s Desktop Outsourcing service model.
