Justin Perun is the President of Bull and Bear Capital, LLC (Bull & Bear). Prior to starting Bull & Bear Capital, Justin worked for three (3) years at Backstop Solutions Group where he held various positions within the Sales/Marketing and Professional Services divisions. Within this role he gained exposure to all facets of the industry (ie: Marketing, Investor Relations, Accounting) as well as developed personal and professional relationships with emerging and industry leading Hedge Fund and Fund of Hedge Fund managers. Prior, to working at Backstop Solutions Group, Justin worked as an Operations Analyst at Crown Golf Management, a division of Henry Crown and Company a multi-billion dollar organization.

Justin graduated from Methodist College in May 2005 with a Business Administration degree, minor in Finance and a Concentration in Professional Golf Management. He is also the President and Co-Founder of Young Professionals in Hedge Funds and is on the Board of Hedge Fund Cares-Midwest Committee of Hope. Justin has been invited to speak at select industry conferences, seminars and webinar's while also providing insight to the entire alternative investment community through the distribution of the firms "Thought Leadership Series."
