Responsible for supply quality and supply chain of Middle East, Turkey, and Cyprus (Starting from supplier selection to entire supply chain and quality assurance process, demand planning, to product supply, to import and clearance-up to the warehousing management and delivery of goods. )
Manage the cost saving supply chain and supply quality projects for the responsible region
Work closely with both third party logistics providers and inline distribution centres to increase their efficiency and quality. (Production planning, avoiding over stock issues, availability of product)
Manage the allocated SQA budget (KPI's; G&A<$95. 3m BITDA, $ 86. 6 million EBITA)
Responsible for the whole New Product Development (NPD) process, (Lead and manage all steps of the new product development studies)
Initiate EMEA product evaluation program and lead the local beef & chicken evaluation program in Istanbul & Dubai (10 % increase in product evaluation scores)
System comp sales +2. 5%
Develop new suppliers for ME region and Turkey to establish Supply Chain contingency plan.
Conduct structural quality and food safety audits for ME, Turkey, and Cyprus
