Mr. Lawrence ***** holds advanced degrees in Mathematics and Physics. He worked for Lockheed Martin Corp. for 38 years and took early retirement in 2004. During his career with Lockheed he was involved with or managed the Integration and Testing (I&T) of many systems including P3C Orion, Trident Missile Fire Control, SQS-53C Sonar, OTH Backscatter Radar, BSY-2 Submarine Combat System and the JORN OTH Radar. In 2003 Mr. ***** was on the LMC F-22 Raptor red team that was presented with the highest LMC award (Nova).

Since his retirement Mr. ***** has been busy consulting with various defense contractors regarding how to reduce risk in the I&T phase of large programs. He has developed an I&T methodology which he has titled the “Black Out Bingo I&T Methodology” and has installed this process in several companies.
