I worked for 10 years in the Silicon Valley with companies such as Apple, AOL, Y&R Interactive, US/Web CKS and many others. I cover all areas of User Experience - including conceptual/ feature analysis and strategy, user research, wireframing, flows, heuristic reviews/ usability evaluations, and user testing. I have experience with just about every type of interactive medium (and every industry) - Web, mobile, desktop - and specialize in complex interaction challenges, including applications and social media.
