I have been working on the implementation of Loan IQ for Deutsche Bank (DB) and RBS for the past 4.5 years. I have been responsible for the implementation and training of Loan IQ in the Asia region. I have in liaison with the technical team, successfully implemented LOAN IQ for DB and RBS in India, Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Middle East and China during which I have worked on the following Loan IQ Modules

• Agency Servicing
• Loan Trading
• Accounting
• Portfolio management
• Collateral management

Along with the afore-mentioned I have worked on the Configuration and Table maintenance in Loan IQ.

My responsibilities include:

• Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Soliciting the requirements from the various teams of DB and doing a feasibility study.
• Country Analysis: Analyzing the various payment systems and the regulations pertaining to the country where LOAN IQ is being implemented.
• GAP Analysis: Identifying the gaps in the process being followed and the process to be followed after the implementation. Trying to narrow down these gaps so that the operations team can adapt to the new system quickly.
• Process Mapping: Mapping the process being followed in the old system to the processes to be followed after the implementation.
• Functional Analysis: When ever there is a new feature being added to the present functionality for DB, my responsibility is to do the functional analysis and the impact it would have on the day to day operations as well as to recommend changes so that the downstream systems are not impacted and no issues surface.
• Feasibility Analysis: Responsible for the feasibility analysis for any change requests coming in, from a functional view point.
• Data Migration: Responsible for the integrity of the data during the data migration from the old system to LOAN IQ during the implementation.
• Documentation: Responsible for Business Requirement Document, Functional and technical Specification documents, Test scripts and Sign off Documents.
• Testing: Responsible for the Unit testing and User Acceptance Testing, involving preparation of test scripts, ensuring the connectivity with the partner systems, addressing any issues, reviewing the test reports and sign off, participating in regression testing of partner systems etc.
• Post Implementation Analysis: Responsible for addressing any issues arising after the implementation from a business perspective and a system perspective. Ensuring the integrity of the reconciliation reports between LOAN IQ and other partner systems.
• Support: Helping Production support teams and operations teams with any production issues on a day to day basis.

Briefly, these are the responsibilities; I have been entrusted with in last 4.5 years time frame. I have not mentioned anything specifically for any country as this is the entire process for every implementation as such.
