I am a MD that have evolved into a healthcare executive. This background has been very useful in planning, designing, implementing and executing most of the health care processes.

In one side, I was trained at the "front office": taking care for the patient arriving at the ED, passing through the process of being an internal client, (asking for labs, Xrays, medicines), admitting and discharging the patient from ED, ICUs and wards and taking care of the patient on ambulatory basis.

On the other, Having experience on the "back office" process: strategic planning and budgeting, surveillance of health care programs, project management, the procurement process and bulk purchasing, knowing the delay between the process of aquiring a good/service and arriving/using it and managing with change speciallly in the medical environment.
