Mr. Güell, a Partner at ***** Consulting, has a strong background in designing, implementing and managing logistics/supply chain operations and strategies. With more than 20 years o ***** , he worked as Latin America Supply Chain Director for Aliaxis, a plastics industry manufacturer, where he developed and managed the organizational structure and procedures to run a network of more than 40 distribution centers and production plants in 13 countries. Prior to Aliaxis he worked at Dole Fresh Fruit International as Logistics Project Manager, where he designed supply chain data models and deployed ERP systems. He has also held managerial positions in DHL and Baxter Healthcare.

Mr. Güell holds a Masters degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
