Matt ***** has been a recruiter for more than 10 years.  He began his career as an executive recruiter for AOC Executive ***** where he placed CFO's, Controllers, and Accounting professionals.  He then spent about 3 years as Healthcare Recruiter, where he worked with per diem nurses and other healthcare professionals.  He saw an opportunity to combine his experience and decided to found ***** in February of 2004.  Matt ***** graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy.
