Mr. ***** serves is part of the executive management team for ***** ***** Management Group, ***** where he assist companies both public and private companies. He has successfully launched Start ups and has a proven ability to manage some of the most difficult turnarounds. His responsibilities include managing the merger and acquisition and commercial real estate operations as well as sitting on the boards for companies.

Mr. ***** has over 25 year’s experience of successful leadership in senior management. He has served as a member of the board for both public and privately held Corporations. Serving companies such as Intel, Advanced Micro Devices, Vivendi and Superior National to name a few. He specialized his career in Corporate Management and environmental law both domestic and internationally. His experience in the Manufacturing and Distribution sector has been a proven success. He has assisted and developed business management and marketing strategies for companies throughout the world. He has served as and expert witness in complex mergers and acquisitions and court ordered workouts for both public and private companies

Mr. ***** was instrumental in developing the business and environmental strategies for one of the first Superfund sites in the ***** ***** . He served on committees that developed the laws adopted by the ***** ***** Environmental Protection Agency.

Mr. ***** is an accomplished public speaker and instructor; He holds certificates as a State of California certified instructor and Registered Environmental Assessor as well as many other certifications. He has instructed police and fire, colleges and corporate personnel in the areas of effective business management, negotiations tactics, chemical management, hazardous material and environmental law.

Mr. ***** holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science, MBA and a JD in environmental law. he has completed numerous classes in Criminal and environmental Law While serving in the ***** ***** Marine Corp during this time he had the opportunity to serve as, Executive Officer, Flight Operations Officer, Aviation and Ground Safety Officer. Mr. ***** attended the FBI National Academy and served with special operations unit for the San Jose Police Department.
