• Support and development of CICS and batch CIF and branch extract systems. Install Thomson TFP Facfilter 3. 2. 2 software. Create reporting that uses Facfilter Global Watch list to produce list of possible OFAC violations for Patriot Act department.
• Create Do Not Call processing to comply with federal regulations.
• Clean up invalid drivers license numbers in CIF system. Developed process that verified drivers license numbers against DMV data files.
• Utilized IBM conversion methodology with the Gladstone file conversion package to convert files as part of merger processing. Conversion applications worked on are online banking, charge offs, atm, and consumer loans. This process allowed BB&T to convert as many as six banks a year without having o pay for external human resources that had been provided by IBM.
• Design and develop COBOL XML parser for analysis billing file received from an external vendor. This program took XML files and converted them into files that were in an in-house format. Provided documentation for existing XML parsing and how to handle future XML changes.
• Created CICS ATM audit totals program. Screens provided a one stop view of audit totals for the ATM system.
• Created technical design document that became the template that was used by the entire IT division.
