He brings diverse management experience in retail (big box and lifestyle centers), multi-family, industrial, food service and commercial industries. Michael worked as Development Manager/Director of Tenant Services for O&S Holdings as well as TrizecHahn Development , where he managed the development of mixed-use, big box, build-to-suit and multi-family projects in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and Clark Counties. He is an effective team manager, with over 20 years experience of due diligence, budgeting, scheduling, selection and contracting of consultants and contractors, developing conceptual plans, and managing design and construction activities.

Prior to TrizecHahn Development, Michael was a Project Manager for Guess? Inc. and Pacific Building Industries where he managed over 100 retail, office and restaurant tenant improvement projects.

As a Executive Vice President for A ***** ***** Corporation, Michael is responsible for representing owners on commercial development and construction projects throughout the western United States as a project manager or tenant coordinator.
