I have been an independent consultant in payment card transaction services and merchant card acquiring for 13 years, serving nearly 200 clients. Prior to consulting, I worked for 3 years at a telecommunications merchant, and 7 at Wells Fargo Bank in various roles, the last being Sr. Project, Service Quality, and Association Affairs Manager at Wells Fargo Bank Merchant Card Services.
I have worked on both technical and business-analysis payment card matters and projects around the world, and have extensive experience in payment card product implementations.
I have testified as an industry expert in eleven court cases, at the U.S. state and federal levels. I serve as a industry expert to government agencies in New Zealand and several other countries.
