Twelve years successful experience in fertilizer production in biggest fertilizer company in Baltic states. I have best knowledge’s in amonium nitrate and calcium ammonium nitrate production. I designed and involved in purchasing and installing new equipment as screening machines, crushers and etc. in calcium ammonium nitrate plant. This implementation gives 20% more capacity of mentioned plant. I am team player also I can work as a specialist. At the moment I am responsible an accountable for investments to calcium ammonium nitrate plant, environment protection of plant, occupation heath and safety of plant, also I am responsible and accountable for technological personal which is directly working in plant. I am ISO9001, ISO ***** , ISO ***** internal auditor and also responsible for competence and training of whole plant personal.
