Minos has more than 20 years of expertise in both the agriculture and technology industries. He has held a series of produce industry positions including Director of Sales and Marketing at Dole ***** Vegetables’ ***** -Cut Division, and President of Underwood Ranches.
He currently manages ***** ***** Group, an advisory firm which has helped clients including John Deere, Wal*Mart, and Purity Organics among others, to define, develop, and introduce new products and services targeted to the ***** produce industry. ***** earned an MBA from Northwestern University and a BA in economics from the University of California at Davis.
