Dr. ***** has already proven his proficiency since the time he started his career as a design engineer with USAID in charge of designing and installing modern process computer control systems and Distributed Control Systems (DCS) for food processing companies. He later on worked as a Senior Communications Engineer in a radio and television company where he administered the maintenance & operation of 4 to 20 kilowatt VHF & UHF transmitters. Dr. ***** later on moved to ***** Satellite Company as the Satellite Control Station & Operation Manager in charge of system engineering and the operation of the Spacecraft and Satellite Control Center (SCC). His duties also include station design, installation, testing & commissioning, as well as developing and implementing the latest transmission, modulation, compression, coding, encryption & broadband techniques and applications. Further, he also manages the operation and maintenance of satellite control and earth station facilities, power, HVAC, antennas, computers, networks, monitoring & control systems.

Among his many achievements, Dr. ***** was nominated as a member of the Reviewing Committee of the International Conference on Computing Communications and Control Technologies (CCCT) of the University of Texas at Austin and the International Institute of Informatics and Systemic (IIIS) in the USA. Motivated by his significant involvement and contribution in the industry, he has authored papers & publications about satellite & communication technology, electrical engineering and neural networks that were presented in various international conferences on electrical engineering, aerospace engineering and aviation technology. Dr. ***** has also lectured on various subjects such as microwave engineering, IT, system realization, neural networks, control systems, digital satellite communication, genetic systems, enabling technology and satellite navigation.

Dr. ***** has Bachelors, Masters and PhD degrees in Electrical & Communications Engineering, and attained his postgraduate diploma in Spacecraft Control Engineering from Matra Marconi Space (Toulouse Plant) in France.
