• Manage the manpower planning process and prepare an annual recruitment Plan.
• Coach AED team members to improve performance and counsel team members to ensure compliance with company policy.
• Support AED team and coach them in introducing new ways of working and monitor the implementation of changes
• Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements.
• Discuss with various Department Heads on a regular basis for the open requisitions to ensure the targets are met in specified deadline.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to include sourcing, interviewing, advertising and to liaise with recruitment agencies overseas.
• Negotiating the salary with the selected candidates as per the company salary structure & extend the offers to successful Candidates
• Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.
• Undertake reviews of the processes to determine improvements and influence changes to tools/systems to support improved service and greater efficiency.
