JOB RESPONSIBILITES

 To prepare Material Schedules for Material Control Department (MCD) and submit the
 Consultant’s for approval.
 Reply to the consultant’s comments and follow up till the approval is obtained.
 Preparation of Method Statements for installation and submitting the same for consultant’s
 Approval.
 Preparing construction schedules based on other contractors schedule & monitoring progress of the site on daily basis.
 Assisting site persons for installations & follow up of works at site.
 To prepare the cost implications for any variation works and inform the same to the QS department for billing.
 Attending construction / technical meeting with the main contractor.
 Monitor the progress and prepare the accomplishment report for the manager.
 Raise an inspection for material and completed works at site.
 Preparing commissioning reports for all the tested Equipment’s, cables at site.
 Assisting the sub-contractors during installation, testing and commissioning of all the Panels, Sub panels at site.
 To provide and maintain proper safety requirement for the site. Control and maintain the site (workers, materials, costs etc) through the duration of the project.
 Assisting the Design department in preparing the shop drawings and submitting it for consultant’s approval
