1. Maintaining world class safety culture by following and make others to follow the same practice.
2. Following standard housekeeping practices and maintaining thosestandards in each shift.
3. Making compounding and blending cc PPRS for new development.
4. Fourth level fork-lift operations.
5. Line Start - up and Line Shut - down with uniform procedure throughout the shifts.
6. Material identification• (Raw Material, Finished products, non - standard material, divert, oversize, and undersize)
7. Raw material and Finished goods movement. •
8. Extruder Parameter monitoring and reporting of the same to Electrical• team member and mechanical team member for any abnormality.
