• Important experience in AM-OLED Displays design and layout.
• Excellent background in a-Si TFT device physics and OLED/a-Si TFT process.
• Good background in compensation techniques for a-Si TFTs and OLED.
• Excellent experience with TFT (a-Si & p-Si) and OLED modeling and simulation.
• Hand-on experience with Cadence (Spectre, Virtuoso, Dracula, Diva, and Assura), Design Workshop, Simucad, Workbench, Labview, HSPICE, AIM-spice, and UNIX. Good experience with Matlab, MathCad, SmartSpice, Maple, FORTRAN, C/C++, and SKILL.
• Important experience in developing layout verification tools (DRC and LVS) and layout automation scripts (PCell and fan generator) for SimuCad, Cadence, and Design Workshop.
• Good background in CMOS Image Sensor (CIS) Technology physics, and process including modeling, simulation, layout, and characterization. Good knowledge of CMOS analog and digital design techniques including low power design.
• Good background in Lasers, Optical Fibres, and Fast Pulse Forming Circuits.
• Hand-on Lab. experience (electrical and optical), including CIS spatiotemporal characterization, very low current measurements, and AMOLED display debugging.
• Team player with strong communication and good customer/vendor management skills.
• Adaptable with ability to handle multiple tasks and work on own initiative.
• Outstanding work experience in both Libya and Canada with proven leadership, supervision organizational, management, and documentation skills.
