I am an Immunologist and Molecular biologist Science graduate from Cairo University in 1984. The specialization and PhD was awarded in 1994 from Cairo University in Egypt in collaboration with State University in Buffalo, NY, and the USAID Schistosomiasis Research Project in Cairo. Post Doctoral fellow in cancer immunology at Henri Mondor University hospital, Paris 12, Paris from ***** .
During my 22 years of working experience, I had developed very strong academic science and research background in addition to business management, development and leadership in the multinational environment focusing on the developing countries. . Since I joined BD for the last 10 years, I had developed excellent expertise in professional management, project management, clinical marketing, and international business working in different countries in the Middle East and supporting Africa. I have shown excellent performance and confidence where i had been promoted several times over a short period of time from an application specialist to regional manager managing the injection safety in the Middle East. During which I had been heavily working with national safety policies dealing mainly with different MOH in the region, and donor agencies. I was able to successfully assist 8 countries to develop immunization safety policy in addition to create public- private partnerships with international organizations and ministry of health in the region to improve healthcare and to build up capacity among the healthcare professionals. Had developed and conducted several activities in the area of training and education around the region.
