Neils ***** is a – with over 20 years in the construction industry and as an owner of his own company doing
paving, grading, concrete and landscaping work with 80+ employees, Neils understands what risks of this industry
need. As an owner, Neils took responsibility for all the insurance and claims handling of his business. Now, as an
Insurance Professional with over ten years experience working with all aspects of commercial insurance relative to
the construction industry, Neils brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from these two aspects of his clients.
Growing up and currently residing in Thousand Oaks, Neils knows the business landscape of the construction
industry and surrounding communities.
Neils is active in his community. He worked with the Boy Scouts as a Scoutmaster for 12 years and has been a
volunteer leader for over 20 years. He holds a CRIS designation and was one of the first to achieve his CRIS
Designation in the country.
