Patrick was born and educated in Wexford, and qualified as a pharmacist in 1988 from Trinity College. He received a diploma in Retail management in 1989, and worked in USA / UK and the Middle east before joining ***** ***** Chemist Group in 1991. He worked as a pharmacist from 1991 with the ***** ***** Chemist Group before becoming a shareholder in 1996. Since then, he has progressed to Joint CEO in 2003 and was appointed Managing Director in 2007. The ***** ***** Chemist Group will annualise over 90 m Euro turnover this year and currently has in excess of 600 employees in 24 branches
throughout the country.
