Paul has been an independent advisor since 2003, primarily working in the SME sector, but with experience in the not-for-profit sector. Prior to this, he has over 20 years experience in the electronics industry, initially, after graduating, as a design engineer for Marconi, subsequently in senior sales and marketing roles for ST Microelectronics and Toshiba and latterly Operations Director for a SME.
He enjoys offering my unique experience supporting Managing Director/Owners of small to medium size *****es; helping them grow through establish practical and measureable plans to achieve defined targets and objectives. He takes a 'helicopter' view of a ***** and look at all 'pillars' of a ***** to establish an effective way forward - those pillars being finance, sales, marketing, operations, people, resources and management.
