During my assigments I was responsible for business policies and sales strategy creatiion, sales and other teams management, sales, marketing and financial plan creation and accomplishment, business development, sales team couching, development and assesment and many other tasks.

I always directly participated in field sales as I take it as natural part of managers tasks. I also acted as a "face" of the company representing on events, presentations and even advertisements.
