***** possesses more than thirty-eight years experience with FBO, charter and airline service provider businesses. He has served as President of Tampa International Jet Center and Flightcraft, Inc, Portland, OR and at Signature Flights Support and Butler Aviation, as senior vice president - operations he held broad operational responsibility over multiple service center locations.

He served on the Board of NATA from ***** , and as its chairperson in 1983. ***** was also a founder of the General Aviation Task Force, serving on its Board from ***** .

Prior to Butler, ***** , ***** served as executive vice president and chief operations officer for Executive Jet Aviation (now Netjets, Inc), the nation's premier jet charter company.
