Philip is currently providing Operational Management Consulting for a handful of companies in a variety o ***** . Much of his experience was attained in the Wine and Spirits Industry and he has successfully carried this over into new verticals. Philip brings a data-driven approach to his problem solving utilizing data analysis and analytics to influence his recommendations. Philip’s prior work includes operational planning and management, financial analysis, business development and software project planning. In addition, he has a host of experience in the Wine and Spirits industry including vendor management, negotiation, COGS analysis, new product development and sales planning, budgeting and warehousing. His past experience has focused on start-up companies but he has also worked with many large organizations. Philip graduated Summa Cum Laude with two degrees from Northeastern University: A Master’s Degree in Technological Entrepreneurship, and a B. S. in Philosophy from the University Honor’s Program.
