The state–of-the art manufacturing facilities have installed capacity to produce above 50, 00 pcs / month in Knits..
The production procedure consists of a well devised sequence of operations, all being performed by well trained operators on specialized machines.

1) KNIT DEPARTMENT
• Single needle -25 Machines.
• Over lock - 25 Machines.
• Flat Lock - 10 Machines.
• Cutting table – 4.
• Cutting machine – 2.
• Kansai elastic attaching m/c – 1.
• Net folding machines- 2.
MERCHANDISING TEAM
We have a team of well experienced and trained Merchandisers, who have excellent knowledge of the various types of fabrics, Trims and allied accessories. They coordinate the activities with the buyers including from enquiry stage costing, sampling, approvals, production status etc.
SAMPLING UNIT :In-house sampling unit with well trained Masters & Sample makers are able to develop the samples in the required time frame of the customers. Embroideries & all kind of printing facilities.
PRODUCTION TEAM
Entire production is handled by the team of the professionally competent individuals. The entire Production activity is supervised by Production Manager, under whose guidance Production Supervisors, Floor in charge, Quality Assurance Team, ensure that each style is carefully studied prior to loading, allocate the required machinery and ensure targeted output is obtained. Daily reports are analyzed to identify the problem area if any. Specific attention is given to quality assurance plans to make sure the requirements are met.
