Rana ***** started her career as management trainee in THY, later joined Garanti Bank’s management trainee program, worked for Capital Markets, Treasury and corporate banking departments, with ascending responsibilities and titles, achieving all promotions at earliest possible opportunities, taking active parts in various restructuring and start up projects within the Bank.

After successfully working for 12 years in banking sector, when managing treasury department, lowered professional stimulations made her search for new challenges to attend. She concentrated on ***** during which started studying MBTI®. In 2005, completing the intense certification programs, she is one of the few MBTI® Step II, and recently the only MMTIC® consultant in Turkiye.

From 2005 until recently, she took responsibility for two different key managerial posts concurrently. She joined MSC as management appraisal consultant delivering highly effective management audits and took responsibility of project coordination for TEDMER-Corporate Ethics Foundation of Turkey- reporting directly to Board, she implemented business plans and supervised consulting projects and training activities.

Her professional success is based on her, commitment to technical knowledge, practical problem solving abilities, action and result oriented approach along with above average enthusiasm for precision. She always looked for opportunities to engage with any kind of learning activity in her interest areas in order to have detailed information for a broader scope; used every opportunity to expand her experience and willingly accepted the professional challenges when situations required. Her strength as being result oriented problem solver, helped her to develop expedient, flexible and efficient solutions for the companies.
