In 2004-2006 originated, acquired, designed, packaged, financed, built, leased, and refinanced 2 million m2 industrial development in Moscow. First Class A industrial development delivered to Moscow market, DHL is the anchor tenant. Project was $140 million cost, $237 million sale price. Packaged and sold stake in 3 other early-stage industrial developments (6 million sq ft) in late 2006 so as to reorient company focus on office and mixed-use properties. In 2006-2008 packaged and organized 4 mixed-used development projects with total budgets of $430 million in Moscow and Moscow Oblast for private equity investors. Partners closed company in mid 2008 as global deleveraging made dealmaking unviable.

Engaged by investors to reorganize the company (national Music television channel) in the wake of Viacom entering the business as an investor. Stabilized a chaotic business and laid the foundation for achievement of revenue and budget target 5-year business plan. Business valued at $135 million. In first year over-delivered on (modest) revenue targets of $4.4 million while managing within established budget. Organized and successfully won license auctions for new affiliate roll-outs in 14 cities in Russia.

Lead effort to privatize the fund's business, as per its mandate, via recruitment and development of an investment team, conception and creation of a new private equity fund, generation of a PPM and lead briefer on a road show conducted in the first half of 1998.
