Prior to this worked for Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology (CIPET)-a Govt of India Institution from 1988 to 2010 (22 years+ experience in Academic, Technology support, Business development & Consulting services in India & Abroad). • UNIDO FELLOWSHIP IN CANADA ( 1997- one month) on Advanced Training on Plastics Processing-New Technology trends. Advance training on Plastics Film extrusion organized by CPIA, Ontario, Toronto & plant tour to M/s Husky, Moldmasters, Macro Engg. , Brampton Engineering etc.

• Participated in the Faculty retraining program at University of Toronto, Canada as Group Leader of CIPET team of Faculty. Delivered lecture on “Recycling of Plastics waste for value addition” for the faculty & researchers of UoT in May-June 2010.

• Coordinator of CPCB, Govt of India study on “ Biodegradable Plastics- impact on Environment”& report is on website of CPCB). Report is the reference document used by CPCB & other governmental bodies.

• From 1999 to 2010, Worked as Chief Manager (Business Development) & Chief Manager (Technical services) at CIPET Corporate Office, Chennai (India) & Ahmadabad. Involved in marketing of CIPET’s activities in India & abroad.

• Got successful outcome of Business Development of CIPET in India and countries like Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Srilanka.

• Worked as Member of Governmental subcommittee on preparation of Plastics Processing Sector report in India, constituted by Department of Chemicals & Petrochemicals ( in year 2000).

• Coordinated different national level studies, sponsored by Department of chemicals & Petrochemicals, Govt of India in 2008.

• Coordinated Government study on “Plastics waste recycling-Status in India & promotion of technology”.

c) Project report preparation for blow moulded project to manufacture 20 litres capacity HDPE Jerrycan/ Container.

d) Technical consultancy for manufacturing of rigid PVC pipes for M/s JK Industries, Dist. Vidisha (MP).

e) Feasibility study on behalf of MP Audyogik Vikas Nigam Ltd. for an injection moulding project to manufacture TV cabinet/Frames.

f) Technical assessment studies for a rigid PVC pipe manufacturing unit on behalf of MP State Industries Corporation.

g) Consultancy on quality control aspects of plastics based component in automotive industry for M/s Eicher Motors Limited, Indore (MP).

h) Technical consultancy to Department of Technical Education, Govt. of MP for setting up of Plastics Technology courses in Govt. Polytechnics.
