I have 15 years of bioinformatics / computational biology experience in biotech and pharma doing a wide spectrum of analyses, new method development, and implementing analysis environments. Analyses include sequence analyses, pathway analyses (including causal reasoning), expression profiling analyses, functional analyses, and systems biology all in the areas of antibacterial, obesity, diabetes, and neuroscience pharmaceutical research.
