On behalf of Tieto Italia, I'm currently developing consulting services on Release Mgmt and Configuration Mgmt at Poste Italiane
During the last 6 months I've developed consulting and support on
- Knowledge Mgmt at Condotte SpA
- Availability Mgmt at Telecom
- Consulting and training on:
a) ITSM, Process Mgmt and IT Governance (ITIL based)
b) Service Level Management and SLAs Mgmt

Involved in an European ITSM Community. As internal Compuware member contributes to develop the Company solution based on ITIL approach. He is also ITSMf member in Italy.

Service Level Management products support. I’ve got a very good knowledge in: Networking, SLA (Service Level Agreement) and SLM (Service Level Management) approach knowledge in complex distributed environments, Application Performance Management metrics.
 I’m responsible for customer’s consulting, working in teamwork with professional services division, especially in Telco environment.
 Marketing Support. I’ve followed an internal training on Marketing and coopoerated with internal Marketing staff during the last year.
 I’m responsible for technical proposal for Monitoring and Service Level Management solutions.
 I’m writing some internal strategic offering especially business centric in order to help the sales rep to develop a particular market areas
 I’m a product area Team leader in order to manage sales support activities in Italy, helping building the appropriate techical solutions jointly to sales department peoples.
 Currently, I’m getting involved on very important consulting activities in big Telco, Banking and government Customers.
 I’m a project manager for important application perfomance management projects for the focused Compuware customers.
 I was a support consultant of ICT Managers in some local public administration in order to best manage them service portfolio and the quality of their applications systems from both network, servers and user perspective.
